Shipping Info

Domestic (within NZ) 1-2 week delivery:

Domestic tracked packages are shipped with NZ Post. Orders are shipped within a week and will arrive within 1-2 weeks of your order being placed.

If you have a RD address, please select the appropriate rural shipping options when checking out. If your address is found to be rural, we will contact you to pay the difference in shipping. If this difference is not paid, your order will be cancelled.

International (Outside of NZ)

Most international countries can have packages tracked. Packages can take up to 8 weeks to arrive, your patience is appreciated.

Please bear in mind when ordering that we are not registered to deal with VAT or other taxes/fees that may be incurred. These may be your own responsibility to pay when your order enters your country. We are not responsible for packages returned or destroyed due to VAT/tariff/customs fees reasons

If we have made an error when processing your order, we accept responsibility of getting a replacement shipped to you.

Lost Orders (NZ Only)

If a package is lost due to our error or that of the postal service, we take full responsibility.If your order does not arrive within 3 weeks (NZ only), please let us know and we will endeavour to replace the order free of charge or issue a refund. We allow a longer delivery time in case of slight delivery delays.

If customer has provided an incorrect address and the package is returned to us with product intact, we will ship it to you again at the cost of additional postage or issue a refund of product prices.

If the package is not returned to us we cannot issue a refund or resend the order but you are welcome to place another order.

Damaged Orders

In the very very rare event that items arrive damaged, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
